Zip Clip Rize Lockable Automatic Cable Gripper for 6mm

With the Zip Clip Rize cable grippers, you can easily make a loop in a steel cable and hang objects in a simple and safe manner.

The automatic wire clamps used with the 6mm steel cable are certified for loads up to 500 kg. Thanks to the locking mechanism, which can be tightened with a Phillips screw, the clamp offers extra safety. The Zip Clips are very useful for various applications, such as hanging lamps, in event construction, for shop fitting, and attaching advertising signs.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Lockable Grippers

1. Unscrew the M4 locking nut and bolt until the adjustment pin is pushed back fully.
2. Pass one end of the wire rope through the zipclip in the direction of the arrow indicated on the clip.
3. Draw enough wire rope to go around your fastening point through the zipclip.
4. Pass the wire rope back through the zipclip, leaving at least 15 cm of wire rope protruding.
5. Tighten the M4 locking bolt and nut until the adjustment pin can no longer be moved.
6. Always confirm the engagement of the zipclip device on the wire rope by pushing the adjustment pin in the opposite direction of the arrows indicated on the side of the device.
