Stainless Steel Wall Anchor 8 mm

Hardened steel wall anchor with large eye (45 mm inner diameter) for securing a cable or chain. This anchor is especially suitable for older façades, as only one hole needs to be drilled.

How to install a wall anchor

For stone or concrete:

• Choose the location where you want to install the anchor, preferably about 30 cm above ground level.
• Drill a 10 mm hole with a masonry drill in the center of the stone (for brickwork).
• Insert an S10 wall plug.
• Then tighten the screw using the ring.
• The final turn can be done with an open-end wrench or screwdriver.
• Your wall anchor is now ready for use.

For wood:

• Choose the mounting position again about 30 cm above ground level.
• Pre-drill with 5 mm for softwood and 6 mm for hardwood.
• Screw the anchor into the wood using the ring.

By mounting the wall anchor low, it cannot be unscrewed from the wall together with, for example, the bicycle.
