Stainless Steel Wire Rope Tension Set 316

With this complete, high-quality stainless steel wire rope tension set, you can tension your harmonica shade sail tight, safe and elegant between a pergola, canopy, conservatory, skylight or directly to the house. Ideal when you want to operate the sail manually or when it remains closed most of the time.

The complete set is fully made of high-quality 316 stainless steel!

Universal and easy to use

This tension set has a total cable length of 6.5 metres, making it widely applicable. Installation is simple and can be done without special tools.

Set includes:

• 1x wire rope – 3 mm x 6.5 metres stainless steel with pressed end and wing nut
• 1x stainless steel bracket with 2 mounting points
• 1x stainless steel bracket tensioner with toothed shaft

Installation:

1. Screw the brackets opposite each other into wood or masonry.
2. Unscrew the wing nut from the cable.
3. Insert the threaded end through the round hole in the bracket.
4. Screw the wing nut back onto the thread and secure it with the second nut.
5. Guide the cable to the other side and pass it through the bracket.
6. Feed the cable further through the shaft and let approximately 5 cm protrude.
7. Place a 10 mm spanner on the square shaft and tension the wire rope.
8. Done! You will enjoy it for many years.
