This infrared suspension system can be easily attached to the ceiling with 1 screw. It is easily adjustable in height. 

And at the 2 ends it is provided with 2 M5 bolts. These can be unscrewed and screwed into your light panel. 

The steel cable has a thickness of 1.5mm and a length of 1 meter.
The 2 legs have a length of 35cm including bolts. 

Test your construction by lightly overloading it during installation.
