How do you install a stable ring with an anchor bolt?

Before installation, always check that the supporting surface is suitable and sufficiently strong. A concrete anchor is intended for an appropriate solid surface. Do not install it in hollow brick, thin panels or an unknown wall construction without obtaining suitable technical advice.

1. Choose the correct position for the stable ring.
2. Drill a straight hole with the specified diameter of 14 mm.
3. Carefully remove all drilling dust from the hole.
4. Insert and secure the anchor in accordance with its installation instructions.
5. Finish the fixing with the stainless steel cover rosette.
6. Regularly inspect the ring and surrounding surface for movement, wear or damage.

• Clean the drilled hole thoroughly. Remaining dust can reduce the effectiveness of a mechanical anchor. Clean the hole carefully before inserting the anchor.
• Tighten the fixing correctly. Follow the tightening torque specified by the supplier. An under-tightened anchor may move, while excessive tightening may damage the fixing or supporting surface.
• Fit the cover rosette last. First check that the ring is straight and firmly secured, then cover the drilled hole with the stainless steel rosette.
• Select a practical position. Consider the intended use, the space around the ring and the rules that apply at your stable. If in doubt, ask an experienced professional to determine the appropriate mounting height for tying animals.
